Food Distribution is scheduled for Menard on Saturday, September 18th beginning at 10:00 in front of the First United Methodist Church at 200 Gay Street.
The Concho Valley Regional Food Bank and the USDA Farmers to Families groups are sponsoring the food distribution to benefit all Menard County residents. There will be enough food to distribute boxes to 250 families. Local volunteer and organizer Hilda Lopez says, “Everyone, please come and participate!”
If you would like to volunteer, go to the First United Methodist Church at 9:30 a.m. on the 18th.
