The second life time leadership award of 2021 goes to Billy and Mary Kniffen. Billy and Mary both graduated from Abilene Christian University and have taken on teaching or leadership roles to date. Mary retired from the school system and thankfully became the 4-H Coordinator for Menard until she retired this July.
