Don’t forget your raffle tickets for the Ruger Max-9 pistol to be given away soon in Menard.
The raffle came about from the community-organized meetings—Menard Watch— to create an outlet to assist the local law enforcement. The drawing is sponsored by Roberson Land Company and proceeds go toward the purchase of specialized equipment for the Menard County Sheriff’s Office.
The Ruger Max-9 was named the Conceal Carry Pistol of 2021 (9mm). Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. You can purchase tickets at Menard Bank, Wagner’s Auto, Burnham Brothers, Compton Warehouse, Kothmann Feed, and Higginbotham Brothers.
There are limited tickets sold, so get yours now. Winner will be drawn on November 6, 2021 at the Menard County Chamber of Commerce Hunters Blowout Ball.
