9-year-old Tuff Singleton racked up the wins at the World Final’s Dummy Roping in fabulous Las Vegas earlier this month. Tuff won two different national ropings while in Vegas. Tuff is from Lipan, but spends a lot of time in Menard. His family has owned property in Menard County near Hext for decades and is involved in the community. Tuff is the son of Will and Megan Singleton.
