    Menard 4-H hosted its annual 4-H Awards Banquet at the Menard Community Center on Wednesday, September 22. The high school 4-H club officers led the ceremony, with club president Roy Brown as the emcee. The junior high 4-H club officers led the closing vespers.

    All participants who completed a 4-H project within the year and turned in a completed project form were presented with project pins. Junio…
