    Shortly after the untimely death of Houston Simmons in December of 2022, immediate family worked with the San Angelo Area Foundation (SAAF) to establish a memorial fund in Houston’s name, of which one hundred percent goes to local organizations Houston worked with or would have approved of.

    In these few years $6,500 has gone to the Boys & Girls Club, Beautification of Menard, Menard Mission Tea…
