RIGHT- Look closely to see contracted crews continuing work atop the city's water tower. Upgrades are coming along, as evident by the new bold gold color and the addition of the town and mascot. Interestingly, the specifi c yellow/gold color used is Green Bay Gold, and the city was required to get permission from the Green Bay Packers in order to use the cheery hue. TMN photo.
