Jeremy Jermain Ortega, 37, has reached his destiny. Jermain went to be with the Lord Thursday February 9, 2023.
Jermain is leaving behind his precious children, Jaspen and Jazlin Ortega; grandmother Juanita Ortega; parents Rangel and Leticia Ortega; sister Mandy Garcia; two brothers- J.R. and Josh Ortega and spouses. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and buddies.
Jermain is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Felipe and Eva Estrada of Menard and David and Carmen Lombrana of Junction; grandfather Tomas Ortega, Sr. of Menard; Antonio and Teresa Gauna of Junction.
When Jermain was in good health he cut wood, hauled hay, and built fences. He loved music and tools.
Jermain leaves us broken- hearted but will never be alone again. He will be missed by many, ‘til we see each other again. Rest in peace, we love you.
Rosary was held from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Heritage Funeral Home in Menard.
Mass service was held at 2:00 Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial followed at Garden of Memories in Menard.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of Menard.
