Four Menard 4-H Food Challenge teams competed
Agent Menard County 4-H took 4 teams to the San Angelo Stock Show and District 7 Food Challenge Contest last week. The Food Challenge Contest consists of teams of 3-4 students who receive a secret ingredient and a category (main dish, side dish, appetizer, healthy dessert) and limited access to a pantry and have 40 minutes to create a dish.
