The first-year New Era six-man Junior Jackets of Menard Junior High have made their Class A presence known. Their undefeated district season reached its pinnacle with the last game of the season against Eden, in Eden, facing the also thenundefeated Bull Pups. The grades 7 and 8 Jr. Jackets battled it out until the very end last Thursday, and came out on top, 27-21.
