One year later
Menard’s own ‘Chief Broken Eagle,’ Ray Hernandez, continues to educate and entertain crowds across the state. Most recently he was in Crawford, TX, at their historical society’s July 4th festivities sharing history through presentations and conversations involving his authentic clothing, teepee, rain-stick and other items.
