4-H members from the District 7 area (23 counties) attended District Leadership Lab in Lueders, Texas on June 21-24. Leadership Lab is a three day event for 4-H delegates to learn leadership and teamworking skills to bring back to their county in order to train others. Leadership Lab is also where those wishing to run for a District office must present their speeches and answer interview questions in front of voting delegates from the 23 counties attending. Congratulations to Menard’s Roy Brown as he was elected as the 2nd Vice President of 2022 - 2023 District 7 4-H Council!
