    Although most Texans likely have no prior knowledge of the Sydney Royal Easter Show in Sydney, Australia, the affair is the country’s largest annual ticketed event, a celebration of Australian agriculture since 1823. From cat shows to alpaca classes, aquaculture and arts and crafts, food and beverage competitions and even wood chopping, the Royal Easter Show is as prestigious as it gets....
