Connecting generations: The Menard Station’s painted tribute to family heritage

John Davis, owner of The Menard Station and PS 1880, commissioned artist Bud Menchaca of Menchaca Arts in Mason, to create genealogy trees depicting his ancestors who settled along the San Saba River primarily in Menard County.
The trees can be found in the main building at The Menard Station at 211 Frisco Avenue.
