BE IT REMEMBERED THERE WAS BEGUN AND HOLDEN A REGULAR MEETING of the Menard County Commissioners Court with all Commissioners present, and the following minutes were had, to-wit: I. Judge Corbin called the meeting to order giving the invocation. Pledge of Allegiance to the United States of America and the State of Texas followed.
II. No Public Comments. III. Keith Neffendorf explained the 2020-2021 Menard County Audit.
IV. Cody Timms gave Menard County Road and Bridge update.
V. Judge Corbin gave Menard County Emergency Management Report.
VI. Motion was made by Commissioner Keith and seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve the contract with Motorola Solutions for Body Cameras and Car Cameras for the Sheriff's Office. Motion Carried.
VII. No action taken on Canvasing Election Results. Data was still pending.
VIII. Motion was made by Judge Corbin and seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve Continuing Education Events for 2023. Motion Carried.
Motion was made by Judge Corbin and seconded by Commissioner Cunningham for Judge Stacy Lawler to attend the Justice of the Peace Training in December. Motion Carried.
IX. Motion was made by Commissioner Cunningham and seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve purchasing Health and Wellness Equipment. Motion Carried.
X. Motion was made by Commissioner Keith and seconded by Commissioner Garza to accept the donation from Menard Businessmen's Association. Motion Carried.
XI. Motion was made by Commissioner Cunningham and seconded by Commissioner Keith to approve bond for Matthew W. Suttle, Deputy Sheriff. Motion Carried.
XII. Motion was made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Keith to approve Treasurer's Financial Report and Accounts Payable in the following amounts October 2022: General fund: $15,775.23; Road & bridge: $1,798.25; Operation Lonestar: $38,355.42. Total: $55928.90.
November 2022: General fund: $31,279.72; Veterans: $595.25; Road & bridge: $8,277.20; Operation Lonestar: $14,221.23. Total: $54,373.40. Grand total: $110,302.30. Motion carried.
XIII. Motion was made by Commissioner Keith and seconded by Commissioner Cunningham to accept fee reports for the month of October as submitted by the Clerk and JP. Motion Carried.
XIV.NOFURTHERBUSINESS WAS CONDUCTED. Meeting Adjourned at 10:50 a.m.

11. Motion was made by Commissioner Cunningham and seconded by Commissioner Davis to Canvas General Election. Motion Carried.
Ill.Motion was made by Commissioner Davis and seconded by Commissioner Cunningham to approve Capital Improvement Projects around the Sheriffs Office and parking lot. Motion Carried.
Motion was made by Judge Corbin and seconded by Commissioner Garza to approve the RV Park Bathroom Renovation with a budget of $15,000.00. Motion Carried.
IV. No Further Business was conducted meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
