Garza retires with 20 years at MCAD

After 20 years with Menard County Appraisal District (MCAD), Beatrice Garza has retired from her position in collections. The office held a retirement reception for Garza on December 31, her final day as a district employee. 'Menard is blessed with many great people,' said Garza.
