    Menard Junior High seventh and eighth graders competed in the district 12-A junior high track and field meet last week on Wednesday, April 1. Neither April Fool's nor the warm and windy conditions at Eden's High School stadium did not seem to impede the Jackets; both girls and boys teams handily claimed the overall meet as a team.
