Voting is complete and results are in concerning the May 7 election. Menard County Hospital District (MCHD) Place 5 was the only local ballot option. Melayne Wilkinson defeated Debbie Masters 144 to 57 in that race.
MCHD will hold a special called meeting May 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at First Baptist Church to canvass votes from the election.
