CritterShack sponsored a cat clinic this past weekend. Seventy-three community cats were spayed/neutered and vaccinated. These allvolunteer clinics have provided surgical services to over 6,000 cats in the last 20 years, free or at a nominal charge to the caretakers.
Clinics could not take place without the many wonderful volunteers and supporters. The local Menard team sold vouchers, coordinated carriers and traps, and worked the clinic. The vet tech team comes from Menard, Stephenville, San Angelo and Winters.
Lunch was catered by Mariya and Melissa Bazyaka from Willow Branch Acres (specializing in Ukrainian food and baked goods).
