Menard cowboy signs to rodeo for Western TX College

Menard cowboy Layne Rogers has been racking up the honors in the world of western sports lately.
Eighteen-year-old Layne partnered with Roosevelt, Texas-based header Colton Williamson last week at the 2023 Hooey Junior Championship #10.5 team roping for a smoking run of 5.88 seconds.
