    On Thursday, January 20, sixteen members of the Menard County Rifles had a shootout to determine this year’s Menard County BB Gun Champions. Shooters are grouped using 4-H Shooting Program criteria based on age and shooting experience: Juniors (grades 3-5), Intermediates (grades 6-8), and Seniors (high school).
