Silver Spur Restaurant & Saloon in downtown Menard hosted an old-fashioned Buggy Show last Saturday with proceeds benefi ting Menard Youth Sports Association (MYSA). “Buggies” included cars, trucks and bikes. The show drew 61 entries and was well attended by locals. It was so popular, the Spur has already booked the show date for next year- Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026.
