Menard’s Molly-Jack Moser Waldrop was recently awarded the United States Tennis Association’s (UTSA) Ray Delcastillo Official of the Year Award (formerly known as Umpire of the Year Award). Since 1981, the organization has recognized a USTA certified official who has contributed his/her time working to strengthen officiating in Texas.
