Jacob Pike has been selected for the prestigious Nation Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF GRFP.) The NSF GRFP is the nation’s oldest graduate fellowship program and recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students pursing research- based degrees in STEM. Jacob William Pike studies Chemistry and Chemical Synthesis at University of Texas at San Antonio and is the grandson of longtime residents Richard and Eva Hernandez of Menard.
