On Tuesday, December 14, Scurry County was transferring inmate Aries Alexus Rogers to a new location, when the vehicle stopped at Tres Amigos Convenience Store around 2:00 p.m.
There, Rogers escaped apprehension and was last seen running down Gay Street, 2 blocks behind the store. An immediate call for Menard County went out, searching for the escaped inmate.
