Motel 83 announces new owners with big plans and a new name

You may have noticed some recent activity at Motel 83 near the Menardville Museum just north of the intersection of Hwy 83 and 190 West. The activity is the result of the new owners—PAR Property Group, LLC. The PAR group is comprised of 3 Menard locals— Phillip Valdez, Abel Saucedo, and Rocky Saucedo.
