Menard Mission Team had a scheduled painting project this Saturday, November 19 as a part of their planned work day. Cooler temperatures have caused the painting portion of this workday to be on hold until a later date to be determined.
The Texas Ramps Project construction crew will continue with their planned ramp build on Saturday. Any and all volunteers are welcome and needed; no special skills are required. Volunteers will meet behind the Whitson Communication building at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 19 to gather supplies. The crew will dispatch to the build site from there.
Mission and Ramp project leader Steve Whitson encourages volunteers to dress warmly, and estimates the build to be completed by 1:00 p.m.
