FIRST THINGS FIRST- JIMMY Decker was the proud winner of the Party at the Presidio’s Polaris Ranger. He was misidentified last week, and that is all my fault. I know this is Jimmy. Jimmy won the Ranger! RIGHT- Last year’s Golden Ticket buyer Kayla Wagner exercises her priveledge by placing her ticket among the top 5 before the Ranger winner was drawn. Her golden ticket (not actually golden, same color as the others) failed to outshine Decker’s.
