Menard Elementary 5th grader and aspiring photographer Ian Brown recently submitted a photo entry to the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo (SASSR) Creative Arts competition. Brown’s photo, titled “Daddy’s Working Hands,” placed first in the “People” category for entrants grades 5-8. His print was also awarded Best of Show.
