    The Sacred Heart Catholic congregation invites their Menard neighbors to a picnic, to be held at the site of the old Catholic church located on the corner of Canal and Bevan Streets.

    This Sunday, August 6, join the congregation and community from 1-3 p.m. for free hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and other items to be served. There will be bounce houses for the children, and parishioners are bringing pop…
