Royal family Eagle Scout population rises to 2

    Nicholas Royal of Austin received his Eagle Scout pin and sash in the Boy Scouts of America in a recent Court of Honor ceremony. Nicholas, grandson to Bill and Jo Ann Royal of Menard, has earned 43 total badges, more than doubling the minimum 21 required for the top honor. Some of the camps Nicholas has taken part in include locations such as Lake George, CO, and Camp Orr, in Arkansas...
