1. President Janis Cordes called regular meeting to order at 6:02 P.M. Other board members present were Jo Nell Wilkinson, Randy Corbin, Sheridan Duncan, and Melanye Wilkinson. Other individuals present were Menard Manor Administrator Bobbi Heyman Compton, Menard Manor Director of Human Resources Loveta Pierce, and Eden EMS Paramedic/Menard Station Manager Dan Hitt.
