Positive rabies case confirmed in Menard County; AgriLife clinic to be held Oct. 22

On September 22, 2024, a Menard County resident reported a confrontation with a gray fox at his property on Wilhelm Lane, in the north west corner of the county.The fox charged at the owner and his dogs during the daylight hours.
