Jackets trample Panthers to go 3-0 in district facing a bye this week

    Nueces Canyon was the scene for most of the scoreboard action last week. The varsity Jackets met the Panthers for their third district game. Menard came away with an unsightly 82-54 win to go 3-0 in district 15. The Jackets have a bye this week and will face Eden here at home on Friday, Nov. 8 to wrap up district play.

    The win allowed the Jackets to take care of themselves and control their outcome…
