Mr. William “Bill” Potter celebrated his 103rd birthday this weekend with friends, family, and church brethren at his assisted living community in Shertz, Texas. Potter is a Menard native and WWII veteran who served at the PTO Veterans Day Parade Grand Marshall last month.
