Sarah Thigpen is making a concerted effort to clean up Menard County. She founded Beautification of Menard (BOM) in an effort to unify citizens with the common goalmaking a clean community Menardians can be proud of.
The clean up day originally planned for April 5th was rained out (no one complained about rain) and was rescheduled for April 26.
