    Menard’s Terrell (Terry) and CeeCee Kelley recently celebrated a family milestone… times 3! The Kelley’s triplet grandchildren, Truman, Cate and Ava, all walked the stage as Texas Tech University graduates this spring. The siblings all completed their studies through Tech’s College of Media & Communication, specifically.
