    MJH 6th grade student, Daphne Mews, hand made the leather clutch purse (shown above) for the Shoot Out contest at the Heart of Texas Leather Show held in Waco the 2nd weekend in August.She won 1st place in the youth division. The contest rules stipulated that the clutch be no larger than 8” X 8” when closed, have at least 6 card slots and have some kind of closure. Daphne constructed...
