Several Menard students grace respective university Dean’s lists

SAN MARCOS, TX (01/09/2026)-- Texas State University is pleased to announce Cozette Halley of Menard has been named to its President's List for Fall 2025. Halley is majoring in Psychology.

The President's List is made up of of students who earned a grade point average of 4.0 while enrolled in 12 or more GPA hours at Texas State University in the semester.
