MENARD, TEXAS — Frontera Healthcare Network (FHN) is grateful to U.S. Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) for helping secure $2,429,437 in federal Community Project Funding to support improvements to Frontera’s ovce building in Menard.

The funding will allow Frontera to renovate the historic NAPA building at 100 West San Saba Avenue into a cen tral administrative headquarters. The 6,000-square-foot …
