Menard brings home 4-H state championship in wool and mohair judging; places 2 in creative arts

By Lisa Brown, Menard AgriLife Extension Agent Menard County 4-H had a great week at Texas 4-H Roundup held on the campus of Texas A&M University. The Wool Judging Team of Cado and Kade Bannowsky, Makenzie Wright, and Taytum Chambless won the Wool Contest, making them the 2026 State Champion Wool Team.
