    Last Friday Menard’s New Era football team took a quick trip to Coke County and returned as 50-0, mercy-rule victors over the Bronte Longhorns. The game was called at halftime, per the “45-rule,” as the Yellowjackets were up 50-0 at the end of the second quarter.
