The MHS cross country team had an outstanding performance at regionals on Monday, October 20. Two Lady Jackets qualified for the state meet. Junior Danni Ruiz took 2nd place overall with a 2-mile time of 12:16. Sophomore Taytum Chambless claimed 8th with a 2-mile time of 13:20. Sophomore Makenzie Wright finished 28th with a 14:09.
