Beloved Menard coach Jeffrey Campbell, right, consoles junior Tate Wagner (#30) after the Jackets' loss to #1 Gordon last week in the area playoff round. Menard was yet another victim in the Gordon Longhorns undefeated season. The defending state champs, Gordon, has not played a third quarter in more than 2 seasons, as they tend to 45 their opponents by the half.
