LEFT- The local Sons of Confederate Veterans chapter (SCV) recently won first place in the ‘Out of Town’ division in the Kimble County Chamber of Commerce’s rodeo weekend parade in Junction. The SVC participates in community activities including Menard’s annual Veterans Day Parade in November. They also routinely recognize veterans across all wars and military branches.
