Menard County Chamber of Commerce has announced the first date of their new biannual concert series dubbed the Menard River Rat Picnics. Plans are to host two concerts/singersongwriter picnics per year, both free to the public. The first date will be Menard’s homecoming weekend on September 20, 2025.
