    Menard High School sent 9 sophomores to the Leadership San Angelo Alumni Association’s annual Leadership Forum last week at Angelo State University. Participants were chosen by teachers and staff to represent Menard while learning leadership skills designed to heighten their awareness of responsible citizenship.
