    Beautification of Menard (BoM) held their Third Annual Christmas Decorating Contest, and the winners have been determined. Topping the business/organization category was Menard Manor at the corner of San Saba and Gay St. The Marsha Wallace family at 1400 Mesquite Park #2 was awarded top honors in the residential category.
