Important midterm election dates:

Last day to register to vote inperson: Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

Early in-person voting: October 24- November 4, 2022, at the Menard County Courthouse.

Election Day: Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at your precinct polling place.

What you’ll see on the ballot: No local contested races. Texas elections include governor, lieutenant governor, Texas attorney general, comptroller, land commissioner, agriculture commissioner, and one of three seats on the Texas Railroad commission. Also, three of the nine places on the Texas Supreme Court and three of the nine places on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
