Cecil James Kelley: July 27, 1945 – December 25, 2024 Priscilla Graham Archer Kelley: May 26, 1946 – December 27, 2024 With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Cecil James Kelley (Jim) on December 25, 2024, and his wife, Priscilla Kelley, on December 27, 2024, following a tragic motor accident. Together they shared a life filled with love, adventure, and joy, cherishing their travels in their RV and the special moments spent with their beloved dogs.

Their memory will forever live on in the hearts of their family and friends.

A celebration of their lives will take place on January 25, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Menard, TX. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Eden VFW or a charity of your choice.
